This organization is dedicated to supporting students and families through high-quality academic programming and community engagement. They are seeking temporary support during their enrollment and registration season.
Job DescriptionThe Office Manager Support will assist with student enrollment, registration follow-up, and family communication efforts during a high-volume period. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for families, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time. This is a short-term contract role supporting the enrollment team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outreach to families who have not completed re-registration requirements
- Connect with families during enrollment events to confirm seat acceptance
- Guide new families through the registration and onboarding process
- Provide step-by-step assistance to ensure all required documentation is submitted
- Monitor and track student enrollment progress to ensure completion
- Maintain accurate records and provide status updates to internal teams
- Deliver professional, patient, and service-oriented communication to families
- Prior experience in customer service or a family-facing support role required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating technology systems and tracking data
- Friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent weekday schedule
