We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support 1–2 senior leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong fundamentals in executive support but also enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done.
What You’ll Do- Own and strategically manage complex executive calendars, ensuring time is aligned with priorities
- Coordinate high-level meetings from start to finish — scheduling, materials, agendas, logistics, and follow-up
- Arrange detailed travel plans (air, hotel, ground transportation) with accuracy and cost awareness
- Prepare and submit expense reports promptly and accurately
- Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
- Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support planning for meetings, offsites, and special events
- Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Identify process improvements and introduce tools or systems that enhance executive productivity
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong command of Outlook (including advanced calendar management), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Comfortable with technology and eager to suggest smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing demands with professionalism and calm
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
