The Senior Administrator is a high impact, highly trusted role that supports Blue Peak’s leadership team across people, operations, administration, and executive support. This position operates as a pseudo-Chief of Staff while also owning the core administrative systems that keep the business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment, enjoys bringing order and structure to complexity, and can move seamlessly between strategic support and tactical execution.
This is not a strategy or P&L-owning role; it is an execution-focused leadership support role responsible for operationalizing priorities, improving systems, and ensuring leadership time is spent on the highest-value work. The Senior Administrator partners closely with the CEO, CFO, and functional leaders to drive consistency, follow through, and operational excellence across the organization. This role exists to materially increase the effectiveness and focus of the CEO and CFO by anticipating needs, driving follow-through, and ensuring that critical priorities move forward without requiring constant executive intervention
- Own and maintain core people processes including the employee handbook, policies, and internal documentation
- Manage HR administration including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and data accuracy
- Support hiring processes end to end, including job posting coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation
- Partner with leadership to ensure compliance, clarity, and consistency across HR related processes
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on administrative and policy related questions
- Own administrative needs related to insurance, legal matters, and vendor coordination
- Help maintain organization and documentation across financial, legal, and compliance related areas
- Own preparation and coordination of recurring and ad hoc reporting for the CFO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Provide direct administrative and tactical support to the CEO and CFO, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, follow ups, priority tracking, and execution support across key initiatives.
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis, research, and preparation of materials for internal reviews, board meetings, and external partners
- Proactively track leadership priorities, deadlines, and open loops; surface risks, conflicts, and decision points before they become urgent
- Own follow-through on executive decisions by translating them into actions, owners, and timelines
- Prepare leadership for meetings and decisions by ensuring context, materials, and next steps are clear in advance
- Serve as a power user of Microsoft tools, with particular strength in Excel and Power Point
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and light financial models to support decision making
- Create clear, professional presentations and internal documents for leadership and stakeholders
- Continuously improve administrative systems, workflows, and documentation to support a growing organization
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an administrative, operations, executive support, or Chief of Staff type role
- Demonstrated experience managing HR administration, payroll systems, or people operations processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort performing financial and analytical work
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident presence
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity to the work
