Job Description

Our client is seeking an Operations Administrator to support daily office operations and serve as a key administrative partner to internal teams. This role will play a central part in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting sales coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership needs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, facilities support, and workspace organization
  • Manage office events, team meetings, catering, and onsite engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics such as shipping, receiving, office supplies, and equipment needs
  • Support sales and internal teams with administrative coordination and document management
  • Assist with employee experience initiatives, including onboarding logistics and internal events
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership as needed
  • Help prioritize requests in a high-volume, constantly changing environment
Qualifications
  • 4–5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or similar support roles
  • Background in a startup, tech, or fast-paced environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and remain composed under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional local errands
