Front-Desk Excellence
Communication Mastery: Operate a high-volume, multi-line telecommunications system with precision—screening, routing, and documenting inquiries with a professional, courteous demeanor.
Guest Experience & Security: Provide a "Gold Standard" welcome to all visitors; manage lobby security via meticulous visitor logs, access control, and surveillance monitoring.
Clinical Liaison: Act as a resourceful first responder for resident and family needs, promptly reporting critical concerns to the Administrator to ensure seamless care.
Administrative Support: Execute high-level data entry, word processing, and filing; maintain the integrity of confidential records and coordinate daily mail/courier distribution.
Resource Management: Command the facility’s supply inventory, overseeing the procurement and organization of essential resources to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Required prior experience in high-touch Customer Service environments.Technical Command: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to navigate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Soft Skills: Must possess a sophisticated professional appearance, exceptional verbal/written communication, and the "X-factor" of tactful resourcefulness under pressure.
