Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Office Assistant for a leading global e-commerce and advertising technology company. This role is part-time and based in the River North area in Chicago, requiring 3 days onsite per week.
POSITION OVERVIEW:This Office Assistant role will help establish office operations, support C-level executives, and maintain a welcoming and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly autonomous, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for onsite administrative needs
- Strong project management and communication skills

- Experience in office management, administrative support, or onsite operations
- Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
- Comfortable navigating hybrid work environment and collaborating virtually
- Hourly pay range $27–$30, depending on experience
- Temporary role with potential for transition to permanent
