Overview

Our client, a global media entertainment company, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Chicago.

Role Overview
  • Contract Role: 6 months
  • Pay: $29.41/hr on W2
Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, travel, and expenses while serving as the primary point of contact for office inquiries and supply procurement.
  • Create quarterly promotional fact sheets and collaborate on high-profile PowerPoint presentations for national advertising agencies and brands.
  • Act as a multifaceted resource for the Sales team, participating in strategy meetings and executing miscellaneous projects to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience (ideally with 1–2 years in marketing/sales) and a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skilled in the MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, to manage digital workflows.
  • Demonstrates advanced verbal and written communication skills to interface with all staff levels, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks like phone/email triage.
