As a flexible‑first organization, this role requires the Business Operations Associate to be onsite at the office two‑three days a week.
What you’d be doing in this roleWe're looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to how a business runs. You'll work across multiple operational functions—including Human Resources, Revenue Operations, and Finance Operations—gaining hands‑on experience while supporting critical business processes that keep our company running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You'll collaborate with different teams, contribute to various projects, and develop a well‑rounded understanding of business operations that will serve as a strong foundation for your career.
The impact you’ll make Human Resources Support- Provide support for recruiting and onboarding new employees, including coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth first‑day experience
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and team‑building activities
- Assist with sales enablement activities, including preparing materials and coordinating training
- Help identify knowledge gaps relating to our tech stack
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes and invoice tracking & collections
- Support accounting activities and financial reporting preparation
- Assist the Ops team with daily administrative tasks and operational needs
- Provide light IT and technical support for office equipment and employee technology needs
- Support office supply management and vendor coordination as needed
- Help coordinate internal communications and company announcements
- Provide support for reception duties and shipping/delivery management
- Participate in special projects that span multiple departments
- Document and improve operational processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities
