The Workplace Services Coordinator, Front Desk will report to the Associate Manager, Workplace Services. This position requires a high level of customer service, energy, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is supportive, team-oriented, and eager to succeed.
Description:
The Workplace Services Coordinator, Front Desk, is a key resource for our employees and makes the first direct impression on Salesforce employees and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Google Calendar.
- Willingness to learn and use software.
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction.
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Submission of timesheets for approval every Friday.
