The Concierge serves as a hospitality-driven professional and a trusted point of connection for residents, providing exceptional service and personalized support with every interaction. This role is responsible for accurately assessing needs, responding to a wide variety of requests, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring each engagement reflects the highest levels of professionalism and care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury setting, adeptly balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure, accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to creating a welcoming, seamless experience.
As an essential part of daily community operations, the Concierge coordinates transportation services, manages deliveries and communications, maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions and events, and supports front desk and business center coverage as needed. This position plays a key role in sustaining the elevated living experience residents expect at The Clare.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, assist with resident inquiries, and provide accurate, timely recommendations.
- Coordinate resident transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, deliveries, and luggage.
- Maintain updated local information and assist residents with tickets, reservations, and curated suggestions.
- Use community software to document services and ensure proper billing.
- Support Business Center and lobby operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or concierge experience
- At least 1 year of general office or administrative experience
- Excellent telephone and in‑person communication skills
