This dynamic role combines the crucial tasks of managing client intake and ensuring conflict-free representation within the law firm. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, acting as a gatekeeper for both the firm's caseload and ethical obligations.

• Process and validate new client and matter intake data across firm-wide systems.
• Coordinate onboarding of U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
• Conduct preliminary conflict searches and support clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate client and matter records; perform quality checks and audits of key data.
• Support database reporting and resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist with process improvements and documentation of intake and records workflows.
• Coordinate proper storage of engagement documentation.
• Provide backup support for intake coordination and assist with special projects as needed.

• 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a law firm or professional services environment.
