Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and the ability to build client relationships

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs as described in company policy.
