We’re partnering with a fast-growing, modern professional services organization to find a professional Temporary Receptionist to support a high-performing Chicago office. While the title is “Receptionist,” and is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the office and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executives, board members, and leadership perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering white-glove service and keeping an office running smoothly.

Schedule & Duration
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Fully onsite
  • Expected assignment:
    mid-February through April
  • Preferred start date:
    February 18
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
  • Greet executives, clients, and board members with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate catering, lunches, and meeting logistics (especially for C-suite and board meetings)
  • Provide white-glove service during leadership and board visits
  • Support daily office operations and ensure teams are taken care of throughout the day
  • Act as a junior Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, handling ad hoc office needs
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant and liaise with headquarters as needed

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment
  • Prior receptionist, office coordinator, administrative, or hospitality experience is a plus
