Job Title: Office Assistant

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a professional office environment. This role involves managing day-to-day office functions, assisting staff and clients, and ensuring smooth operations with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring proper check-in and routing.
- Handle incoming deliveries and distribute them to appropriate recipients.
- Schedule and coordinate use of conference rooms, including catering arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, mail services, and vendor relationships.
- Operate and maintain office equipment; coordinate repairs when needed.
- Assist with file management, including retrieval, storage, and organization.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Serve as liaison with building management for maintenance issues.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and via email/phone.
- Ability to lift up to 12 lbs and access items on shelves up to 8 feet high.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours when needed.
Salary range: $50,900 – $61,600 annually, based on experience and education. Performance-based bonuses may be available.
