Overview
Compensation: $75,000–$110,000 - Based on Years of Experience
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 (100% On-Site)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a highly respected financial services organization in Chicago with a strong national presence. This is a high-visibility role supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries aligned with executive preferences
- Prepare and submit expense reports using corporate expense systems
- Maintain high-touch communication and ensure follow-through on time-sensitive matters
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference rooms, materials, and catering
- Support office operations as needed, including supply ordering and facility-related requests
- Build strong internal relationships across administrative teams and leadership groups
- 3–7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Proven experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Highly collaborative administrative team with strong tenure and engagement
