Executive Support- Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings and handle all related technology (virtual & in‑person)
- Draft professional correspondence, notes, and presentations
- Prepare expense reports using Concur
- Collaborate with other EAs on high‑level projects
- Book domestic and international travel and create detailed itineraries
- Conduct destination and event‑related research
- Manage contact databases and personal mailing lists
- Run errands and handle special projects as needed
- Coordinate event invitations and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of professional work experience; minimum 5 years supporting senior executives
- Experience in a family office environment is a plus
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong technology skills (Apple, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams; Concur a plus)
- Confident, poised, and professional communicator
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and last‑minute changes
- Team player with a no‑job‑too‑small attitude
- Comfortable being available during off‑hours for urgent needs
