A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Take broad directives and turn them into clear, structured workflows and work plans, ensuring deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are fully mapped out.
  • Support the team by completing assigned work, acting as the dependable engine who executes the day‑to‑day tasks that bring strategic initiatives to life.
  • Manage daily scheduling and logistics for meetings, demonstrations, checkpoints, and working sessions.
  • Document project activities and decisions with precision, maintaining organized, current, and easily accessible records across multiple systems.
  • Track participation in demos and maintain license metrics, ensuring clean, complete, and reliable data for reporting purposes.
  • Collect, organize, and prepare data needed for reports, dashboards, timelines, summaries, and status updates.
  • Prepare and format materials including meeting notes, trackers, documentation, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, issues, and next steps, ensuring leaders have what they need to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Manage tracking systems, logs, and follow‑up processes, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Balance multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs, bringing flexibility and resourcefulness to a dynamic work environment.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, knowing when to take initiative and when to partner with the team.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Jump into new initiatives with enthusiasm, embracing the variety and unpredictability that each day brings with a positive attitude.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, innovation, process improvement, operational efficiency, or a similar execution focused role
  • Must be extremely organized and self‑motivated
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems
