We’re supporting a leading professional services firm on a short-term data entry and digital records project in The Loop. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft 365 tools who thrives in a professional, fast-paced office environment.

• Enter and organize data with accuracy and consistency
• Digitize, tag, and upload documents using Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Share Point
• Maintain attention to detail and data integrity throughout
• Collaborate with office staff to meet daily and weekly goals
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and care

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and efficient
• Prior data Osborne or administrative experience preferred

• Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (onsite) off 12/24 & 12/25
• Business casual environment
