Aon is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a C-suite executive. This role is central to the effectiveness of the Executive Office, serving as a brand ambassador and operational anchor. This EA will work in close collaboration with the executive’s Chief of Staff to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex logistics with elegance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting executive leadership through effective calendar management, travel coordination (including T&E processes), and technology logistics; maintaining strong strategic partnerships; facilitating prioritization and decision-making; managing executive communications; and executing all tasks with precision and discretion.

This position is based in New York, NY, and is an in-office role.

Preferred Background & Skills

Technical/Functional:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives within a large matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and logistics
  • High discretion with confidential information
Leadership:
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in executive support roles
  • Experience in financial services or corporate environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
