Why this role mattersOur research sessions often bring clients, participants, and project teams together in one physical space. As a Client Services Coordinator Contractor, you’ll be the heartbeat of that space, keeping everything running smoothly, comfortably, and thoughtfully.
From greeting participants to coordinating catering deliveries to making sure snacks are stocked and study rooms are ready, your work sets the tone for every in-person experience at Bold Insight’s Chicago research facility.
You’ll play a key role in upholding the hospitality and operational excellence that help our research teams focus and our clients feel confident and cared for.
What you’ll doYou’ll work alongside our Client Services Coordinator and Lab team to:

- Manage incoming shipments and ensure they’re delivered to the right hands
- Occasionally assist with client transportation logistics or local recommendations
This isn’t just about keeping things organized; it’s about making people feel seen and supported. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Naturally notice details and follow through on them
- Can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Keep a level head when things shift quickly
- Take pride in creating a welcoming, polished environment
- Are familiar with tools like Office 365 or Google Workspace (or willing to learn)
- Have flexible weekday availability
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
