Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
To perform this role successfully, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a billing specialist in a law firm.
- Expertise in 3E and E-billing systems.
- Ability to manage complex billing arrangements and provide high-quality customer service.
- Operational efficiency and best practice development skills.
- Mentoring skills and ability to assist with special projects.
