Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000

Key Responsibilities of The Senior Accounting Manager:

As a key leader on our finance team, you’ll shape the direction of our accounting function and drive financial excellence across the organization. You’ll mentor a talented team, streamline processes, and partner with leaders at every level to support smart, data‑driven decisions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead & inspire a high‑performing accounting team, providing mentorship, development, and a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.
• Own the month‑end close, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, reviewing statements, reconciliations, analyses, and key balance‑sheet accounts.
• Guide budgeting & forecasting, driving the annual budget process and delivering meaningful insights to department leaders.
• Strengthen internal controls, enhance reporting processes, and ensure year‑round audit readiness and compliance.
• Oversee operational accounting, resolving exceptions, monitoring receivables and payables, and ensuring timely closeout of key financial activities.
• Manage cash flow & treasury operations, optimizing working capital, forecasting needs, and ensuring smooth, accurate payment cycles.
• Support tax, year‑end, and regulatory tasks including sales & use tax accruals, 1099 processing, and yearly opening balance setup.
• Lead strategic financial initiatives that elevate performance, efficiency, and overall business impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience/training).
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with in a complex, project‑driven or fast‑paced business environment preferred.
