About the Accounts Payables Specialist Position:
- Maintaining the General accounts payables email and answering questions from vendors
- facilitating all 3 inventory and non-inventory drop ship, organization has 3 different kinds of invoices
- As an Accounts Payables Specialist you will be responsible for check runs and wires and ACH
- Volume of invoices (70-100 emails per day) – depends on how vendor attaches invoices
- Invoices need to be GL coded and getting approvals for any non - inventory items
- 3 years AP experience is a plus, heavy involvement with PO’s and 3 way match
- Experience with SAGE
