- Assist with month end close and journal entry preparation
- Assist with month end financial reports
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Complete government census reports
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)

What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications- Candidate should be a college level Junior or Senior
- Major or concentration in Accounting
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- High morale & integrity, willingness to learn, help and work as part of a team
- Solid skills with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use ERP system(s) One Stream, DTR and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
