We’re currently looking for a Senior Technical Accountant to join our Accounting Advisory team in any DLA office (hybrid). If you're ready to take on high-impact client projects and grow your career in a collaborative, entrepreneurial advisory firm, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work on high-visibility accounting and advisory projects that help clients strengthen reporting, improve processes, and navigate complex accounting matters. Your day-to-day may include:

• Supporting accounting advisory engagements across a range of industries
• Researching and advising on technical accounting topics (GAAP, financial reporting, SEC matters)
• Assisting with financial statement preparation, disclosures, and audit readiness
• Supporting internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
• Preparing clear, client-ready technical memos, analyses, and presentations
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve accounting issues

We know strong candidates come from diverse backgrounds. Typical qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Approximately 3+ years of accounting, audit, or advisory experience
• Public accounting experience (Top 15 firm preferred; Big 4 a plus)
• CPA license or progress toward certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and technical accounting research
• Experience with SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, or internal controls/SOX a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and common financial reporting tools
