Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Mind Spring Partners is partnered with multiple publicly traded professional services companies, investment management firms, and law firms that are looking for mid‑to‑senior‑level Accounting Contractors to assist their accounting/finance departments for the upcoming annual 2026 audit season (March – July 2026). These roles will be responsible for preparing journal entries, cash reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting efforts.

• Generate and reconcile annual reports
• Analyze any discrepancies in reports
• Update financial statements, review and reconcile any variances
• Assist in preparation of financial statements including supplemental schedules
• Participate in special ad hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 – 5 years minimum of accounting and/or audit experience, preferably experience with fund accounting
