Job Responsibilities of Senior Technical Accounting Manager

• Work cross-functionally with Business and implement technical accounting guidance
• Purchase accounting
• Review and analyze quarterly and yearly financial and management reporting for the division
• Technical accounting- assist with one off accounting and reporting questions.
• Ad-hoc accounting and operational initiatives/projects
• Help maintain internal controls

Specific requirements for the Senior Technical Accounting Manager include:

• BS in Accounting
• CPA
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and analysis
• Public accounting experience
