• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting on all M&A activity — coordinate acquisition/divestiture entries, review supporting schedules, and support QofE, audits, and diligence
• Assess the impact of new accounting standards and partner with operational accounting teams to implement new guidance, policies, and controls
• Oversee technical accounting areas during month-end close to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline technical processes through automation and technology-driven solutions
• Communicate complex accounting matters clearly to stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Development, FP&A, and business leadership

• 6–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or public accounting background strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting topics, and SEC reporting processes
• Experience supporting month-end close and earnings cycles for public companies
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounting Manager seeking meaningful technical ownership, executive exposure, and the chance to contribute to strategic business decisions within a global, high-growth organization.
