Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 + Bonus
Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and construction draws
- Treasury functions
- Prepare funding requests
- Month-end close
- Prepare management fees
- Prepare property budgets and reconciliations
- Tax and audit
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA or CPA in process
- 5+ years of public accounting or 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
