• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, accounting workpaper packages and investor reporting packages.
• Calculate management fees, carried interest/waterfall calculations, and manage subsequent closes including computing interest to/from investors.
• Compile capital calls and distribution calculations and prepare capital call and distributions statements.
• Co-ordinate with the clients’ external auditors and tax providers to assist with the year-end audits and tax return information.
