• Lead accounting and reporting for one or more investment vehicles
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes with increasing autonomy
• Prepare reporting packages used directly by senior leadership
• Support capital activity, distributions, and investor‑level reporting
• Assist with forecasting, performance analysis, and system enhancements
• Partner with operations, tax, treasury, valuation, and technology teams
• Strengthen controls, support audits, and contribute to automation initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 5 years of experience—public accounting or GAAP‑focused backgrounds highly valued
• CPA preferred or in progress
• Strong technical accounting foundation and comfort with complex structures
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in modern financial systems
• Ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
