• Lead client accounting operations and serve as primary point of contact for property owners on all financial matters
• Manage preparation and accuracy of owner statements, month‑end close, and timely owner distributions
• Maintain robust communication and collaboration with property management, asset management, compliance, and leasing departments
• Oversee accounts payable; ensure expeditious vendor payments to maintain critical partner relationships
• Provide hands‑on guidance and functional direction for offshore property accounting teams

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive accounting experience (client, property, or multi‑entity accounting preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate accounting concepts for non‑financial stakeholders
