Property Accountant
Salary 80-90k plus bonus
Our client ,a well established real estate firm, is seeking a Property Accountant to join the growing team! This role handles full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and daily revenue review for a multi‑property hospitality portfolio.

Property Accountant
- Manage monthly close, journal entries, and financial statements
- Reconcile daily hotel revenue (rooms, F&B, ancillary)
- Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
- Partner with hotel GMs and regional leadership
Property Accountant
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience (hospitality or multi‑property a plus)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue streams, and P&Ls
- Experience with systems like M3, Sage Intacct, Opera, or similar preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skill
