Job Responsibilities:

Staff Accountant

• Assist and contribute to business plans
• Supervise and review final settlements with both local partners in and management based
• Work with legal team to review agreements and ensure the financial business points
• Work with management on negotiating and communicating back to local partners business deal points and eventually close deal
• Review, analyze and provide feedback on offers received from promoters to summaries and present to management
• Experience with forecasting and month end close

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or business related field
• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• Bilingual
  - English and Spanish
