Our client, a well-established and publicly traded professional services organization, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their Corporate Accounting & Reporting team. Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

• Own preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support consolidated and statutory audits and manage external auditor relationships
• Lead technical accounting research and draft position memos on complex topics (leases, equity, goodwill, business combinations, impairments, revenue, debt/equity)
• Monitor new accounting standards and guide implementation across the organization
• Oversee equity accounting, including stock-based compensation and valuation coordination
• Support M&A activities including purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX and audit readiness
• Drive reporting process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, and senior leadership
• Mentor and guide accounting team members on technical matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred
• CPA required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience in public-company reporting and technical accounting
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience drafting technical accounting memos
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Advanced Excel and consolidation-system experience
