OverviewSeeking hands‑on accounting professionals to join a growing, PE‑backed organization. The ideal candidate will handle cost accounting and general accounting functions, with opportunities to step into leadership roles managing multiple entities and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report manufacturing and inventory costs to support margin improvement.
- Prepare and reconcile standard costs, variances, and overhead allocations.
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate product costing and process efficiency.
- 1+ year of cost accounting experience.
- 10 years of total experience (Senior: 4.5+ years).
- Ability to manage multiple entities and support shared services.
- Experience with Sage 50, Southware, or Quick Books Online.
