Tax Manager

We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Chicago, IL office. This role will join the leadership team to train, develop, and mentor staff. • Be part of the leadership team and train and develop staff
• Manage client work and relationships
• Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns
• Review and/or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
• Assist with tax consulting and research on state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients

• 5–7 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns
• 1–2 years of income tax return review experience
• CPA license preferred
• CCH Axcess experience
• Pro System fx Engagement experience

• Foreign‑owned U.S. subsidiaries, typically from German‑speaking countries
• Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion

Base Pay Range: $120,000–$180,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
