In this role, you will be a key leader within the tax team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advice and strategic recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to client success and the growth of junior staff, making a significant impact on the practice.

• Lead client tax engagements to meet and exceed their needs.

• Develop actionable advice and build lasting client relationships.

• Provide expert guidance on current business tax laws.

• Solve complex tax issues with creative and effective solutions.

• Use technology to automate tasks and improve process efficiency.

• Mentor and coach junior staff to support their professional growth.

• CPA certification is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in tax compliance and client relationship management.

• Strong mentorship qualities with experience guiding junior staff.

• Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
