$68,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare services organization with multiple locations throughout the Midwest. The company has a strong financial performance and no debt, positioning it for continued success. As the organization expands, they are seeking a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic accounting team.

This role will provide critical support in managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You’ll gain exposure to a growing, transaction-rich business, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements, automation, and scaling initiatives.

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Support treasury functions, including monitoring daily cash activity
• Collaborate with the team to streamline manual processes and identify automation opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams and provide support during audits or transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and desire to learn, grow, and ask questions
• Remote flexibility (with occasional travel to HQ in Michigan)
