Staff Accountant

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

A growing financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Process and track employee expenses accurately and timely.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Calculate and process commissions for sales teams.
• Assist with financial reporting and support audits as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
