Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
A growing financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Process and track employee expenses accurately and timely.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
- Calculate and process commissions for sales teams.
- Assist with financial reporting and support audits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
