Salary: $130,000

We are a dynamic construction organization with a top‑tier finance and accounting team. We are looking for a new Accounting Manager to drive operational accounting, M&A integrations, FP&A, cross‑functional initiatives, and special projects focused on value creation and process improvement.

• Lead corporate accounting operations for newly acquired and organically grown entities.
• Integrate financial statements, accounting policies, and transaction accounting for M&A targets.
• Partner with FP&A and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Own post‑close reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and special project work to improve financial processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting controls and reporting processes aligned with industry best practices.

• 5+ years of accounting experience with a Big 4 foundation.
• Hands‑on experience with M&A integration and complex accounting issues.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• High‑EQ leadership style and proven ability to develop and mentor talent.
