Fortune 500 company is adding a Manager, Financial Reporting to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with SEC reporting and technical accounting experience who’s looking for growth, balance, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, MD&A)
• Research and implement new accounting standards (rev rec, purchase price accounting, etc.)
• Partner with internal audit and cross-functional teams on controls and compliance
• Support ad hoc projects such as acquisitions, due diligence, and system/process improvements

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred or tracking
• 5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience required)
• Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and communication ability

Work Model

• Hybrid:
  Onsite 2 days per week for the first 2-3 months, then remote
