• Provide prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options available.
• Ensure customers are satisfied and report any inquiries, incidents, or issues in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all Car Wash Attendant job duties satisfactorily.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues; follow the ‘DRB Protocol’.
• Complete the ‘Supervisor Level DRB’ training course.
• Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete the 5‑Day Preventative Maintenance program.
• Report to work on time and adhere to dress and appearance code.
• Have a minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant before advancement.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to demonstrate responsibility while the Site Manager is offsite.
• Enforce all safety policies.
• Understand the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Ability to clean out solenoids.

Stand and walk throughout the workday; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. Work in damp and humid conditions and outdoor variable weather conditions. Lift or move objects up to 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Perform work safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. Noise level is usually moderate but can occasionally be excessively loud; hearing protection is required along with other PPE. Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, wearing Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.

The Level 1 Supervisor must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

$15.00 to $16.00
