As a RN or LPN staff nurse you are the backbone of the clinical department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Chicago Ridge by ensuring residents receive medications and care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for your residents.

Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
