Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments, act as a team leader, and advocate for residents to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and safety.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
