Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing team during the 3rd shift, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care

• Coordinate and prioritize nursing care activities, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing resident care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our facility is providing the best possible care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and staff performance

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and standards
