The Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with existing staff in a variety of areas including monthly close, financial statement oversight, system conversions, and other business management support.

• Manage a team of senior and staff accountants
• Manage the month-end close for multiple domestic businesses
• Manage IFRS lease accounting
• Manage intercompany reconciliation process
• Manage reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate with FP&A to ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Coordinate with external auditors for the year-end financial audit
• Support treasury activities and banking compliance
• Support and analysis of new business acquisitions
• Support for new system conversions (operational or financial)
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and assist on special projects with the CFO & Controller
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interact with operational management and report to upper management on a consistent basis
• Schedule;
  Monday - Friday; 9a - 5p (flexible)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (mandatory)
• 5+ years relevant accounting experience
• Large company experience preferred along with leading a month-end close
• SAP or equivalent large ERP experience
