August 18, 2025, $20-$23/hr based on education.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Knowledge of: correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic skills; general office procedures, practices and use of equipment; recreational activities involving sports, games, arts and crafts, and music; pupils with exceptional needs; individual differences of pupils.
- Experience in working with special education students preferred
- Experience in working with English learners preferred
- Bilingual Arabic preferred

- Record keeping of assessment data
- Assist Teacher
- Instructional activities
- Preparing materials for classroom use
- Organizing and directing games and recreational activities both in the classroom and on the playground.
- Modify class work
- Set up equipment and help prepare materials for instruction
- Assist Students
- Take to office or nurse’s office as directed by the teacher
- Taking off and putting on the clothing upon arrival, at recess, and prior to their departure from school.
- Attend to physical needs as directed by the teacher.
- Perform exercises or play games.
- Attend to disabled students’ physical needs, including feeding, toileting, teaching good grooming habits
- Communicate and cooperate with colleagues, students, parents, and the community as needed to meet professional standards.
- Maintain and improve professional competence
- Participate in meetings and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the principal or designee in accordance with the Board of Education.
- Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
- Regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job.
