** About the Role*
* We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Workers to join our growing food production team in Chicago Heights, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting food products to ensure they meet company quality, safety, and production standards.

This position is based at the crust manufacturing facility for a Food Manufacturing Company.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform assembly and production tasks according to company specifications and quality standards.

+ Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Rotate duties on the production line as assigned.

+ Stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.

+ Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet daily production goals.

** Physical Requirements*
* + This position requires rotating duties on the production line, including lifting up to 50 lbs 4-6 times per hour for up to 4-6 hours during rotation.

+ Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.

+ Must be comfortable working in a 50-60°F temperature-controlled environment.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Must have at least 6 months of previous experience in food manufacturing or production experience.

+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory Saturday overtime.

+ Steel-toed boots required.
